Touch:
Deep communication when words are not enough
Sesame sessions
use the possibility of physical contact between participants and
therapists to work safely with touch, which is often regarded as
taboo in therapy.
We live our
lives in a body that has remembered those times when it has been
touched, held, or when it has been starved of contact. By being
in physical relation to others, we enable participants to connect
with a range of emotional experience that can be felt through human
contact.
