London
This introductory
week-long school offers the opportunity to personally experience
drama, movement, myths & fairy tale enactment, voice-work,
movement-with-touch, and then to explore their application as
therapeutic resources for working with other people. The Sesame
way of working is based on Jungian philosophy. It is a non-confrontational
approach.
Attending
the week will be of value to therapists, teachers, nurses, care
workers, or anyone wanting to explore methods of working therapeutically
by experiencing and amplifying symbol through embodied imaginative
play. The training week will also benefit anyone considering
applying for the full time MA in Dramatherapy at the Central
School of Speech and Drama.
