Introductory Training

'I arrived at the Sesame voice session as a professional. I became aware of a fragile voice which I tried to push away. Suddenly I found myself in a sound­proof space where I could only hear my own voice. I was descending into myself where my voice had been locked away. I found myself kneeling to honour this fragile but precious voice. I came away feeling that I had made a new acquaintance with myself and I wanted to discover more.'
